Makassar – Chairman of the Golkar Party, Airlangga Hartarto, urged the people of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) to attend the polling stations and vote for candidate number 2, Prabowo-Gibran, on the day of voting, February 14, 2024.
This was stated by Airlangga when accompanying Prabowo to greet tens of thousands of residents at the ‘Silaturahmi Relawan Prabowo-Gibran se-Sulsel’ event at GOR Sudiang, Makassar, on Friday (2/2).
On that occasion, Airlangga explained that only Prabowo could continue the social welfare programs for the people in the era of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
“Who can continue the program because both are in the government, only Mr. Prabowo Subianto, agree?” Airlangga asked the people of Makassar.
“Agree!” the people shouted.
“Vote on the 14th, ready?” Airlangga said again.
“Ready!” the people answered.
Airlangga detailed a number of programs. Some of them are direct cash assistance (BLT) to food aid.
“So the government gives each family 1 month, around Rp600,000. Should we continue?” he said.
“Continue!” the people said again.
In front of tens of thousands of masses, Prabowo also stated his commitment to work harder to ensure the prosperity of the people.
“Therefore, if I receive the mandate, I will work as hard as possible to improve all elements and groups,” said Prabowo. (SENOPATI)
