SiwinduMedia.com – PDI Perjuangan has conducted an internal survey on the candidate for Regent of Kuningan District for the period 2024-2029. The results showed that HM Ridho Suganda received the highest percentage of 48%, and PDIP is optimistic about winning the upcoming election.

The results of the internal survey conducted by PDIP in collaboration with the national survey institution SMRC were announced by Rana Suparman SSos while accompanying Ridho Suganda in a press conference at the PDIP District Office in Kuningan on Thursday (11/7/2024).

During the event, Rana, who arrived after the event had started, expressed his confidence in PDIP’s support for the candidate Ridho Suganda to win the election. Ridho Suganda has now received a mandate from the PDIP Central Executive Board.

“I think there’s no need for any doubt. So, there’s no slightest intention of leaving the party if I fail in the selection process. That’s not my political style. All my supporters will be directed to support Ridho. I am not someone who seeks personal gain, I remain a fighter,” Rana firmly stated.

With Ridho Suganda receiving the mandate letter, Rana explained that it signifies the party’s decision. No one is allowed to try to break away from the party structure, and everyone must move in harmony towards victory.

“As a member of the party structure, I personally believe that PDI Perjuangan will win tomorrow. Why? Because we have a strong and resilient structure that always moves forward in any situation. PDI Perjuangan is like that. For any candidate in Kuningan, PDIP is ready to fight,” Rana said.

“With the mandate given to Bung Ridho, all parties in Kuningan will be consolidated. We will talk and invite them to think about Kuningan under the leadership of Ridho. Hopefully, there will be a strong coalition, with many supporting parties,” he added.

Rana also mentioned the result of an internal survey on the Regent of Kuningan conducted by PDIP in collaboration with a national survey institution. The result was satisfying, with Ridho Suganda from PDIP receiving 48% in the survey.

“So, Ridho’s 48% in the survey will be a fundamental strength to convince the public that Bung Ridho can win and address the issues that arise today,” Rana confidently stated, followed by applause from the DPC officials.

Meanwhile, when asked about the concrete steps to address various issues, including the failure of payments by the local government, if he is elected as Regent, Ridho answered that all payments must be clear.

Ridho will seek funding from the central government to finance all development activities. He emphasized the importance of transparency and communication between the executive and legislative branch.

“We shouldn’t have budget inflation without communication with the legislative. This is also not good. Hopefully, this will be a lesson learned. Now we have many examples, so when the government starts operating, we should avoid these mistakes. We also have good examples, which can be a motivation for the next government,” concluded the youngest son of H Aang Hamid Suganda.
